Return Policies and Shipment

Shipping:

We provide the shipping with registered mail from our rep. and handling office in Riga, Latvia. It may take up to 2 weeks before goods will reach you (Europe usually 3-4 days, USA/Canada 7-8 business days). We ship to any Country of the World.

Shipping Quotes and Handling Charges:

Due to the light weight of the product shipping wont cost you more then EUR 3.00 constant fee + EUR 0.50 handling charge for each Magic Peeling Glove. For example ordering 3 Magic Peeling Gloves, shipping will cost you EUR 4.50.

Placing an Order:

Once you have been through the process of choosing your item and adding it to your shopping cart, you will be given a number of payment options. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and JCB and derivatives of those brands. We also accept payment through Wire Transfer / MoneyBookers and Western Union Money Transfer. For MoneyBookers and Western Union Money Transfer options, please mailto:shop@magic-peeling.com .

*It is the complete responsibility of the Customer for paying of taxes, custom duty, tariffs etc. upon receiving the products. However as we send Magic Peeling glove as registered mail - normally no customs or tax duties will apply to these orders.

Arrival of your Order

In case of ordering through Credit Card, your order will be dispatched the NEXT BUSINESS DAY! (means a weekday other than a Friday, Saturday & Sunday). In case of ordering through Wire Transfer / MoneyBookers / Western Union Money Transfer, the order will not be shipped until the actual payment received.

Late arrival of your order

If your order fails to arrive within the expected time, please contact our sales number 003717817746 or mailto:shop@magic-peeling.com and we will establish whether the goods have been dispatched or inform you as to why your delivery has been delayed.

Packaging:

Magic Peeling glove and English manual is packed in hermetic plastic inner envelope, then in sealed paper envelope and finally in outer envelope. Please see picture below:

Unwanted Goods

Magic Peeling are not sold on a trial basis and unwanted goods can only be returned if fully re-saleable. We reserve the right to refuse to refund amount for goods with damaged seal or packaging. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Errors and omissions excepted.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us before sending the item back. We guarantee that all products you buy are free of defects or you may return it immediately for a new replacement. If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us and we will send you proper instructions on how to file a claim.

If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it to us within a period of 30 days. Shipping cost is nonrefundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

When returning an item, please make sure to use the original packaging with all accessories and owners manual.
